A dynamic movement and bodyweight sculpt class. This class focuses on controlled, fluid exercises that build core strength, improve posture, and define your muscles without the bulk. Perfect for those who want a challenging workout that is kind to the joints but tough on the core.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Limited mats will be available.

May 20th at 8 AM | Sound Bath and Stretch Yoga and Breath Class 

Join us for a 30-minute group sound bath with gentle stretching and breathwork designed to help you relax, reset, and reconnect. Using calming sound frequencies from crystal and Tibetan bowls, this session supports nervous system relaxation, stress relief, and deeper breathing while you move through light, restorative stretches.

No experience needed — just come comfortable and ready to unwind. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Limited mats will be available.
